Administrative Assistant

 

 Description

  • Manage, coordinate and maintain business daily agenda, including arrangement of conference & video conferences calls when necessary.
  • Perform various administrative tasks including complex calendar management for a high volume of internal and external meetings and events.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and the employees.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, memos and other documents.
  • Facilitate internal communication between all executives.
  • Suggest effective ways to operate the office daily routine and solve malfunctions.
  • Arrange and coordinate business trips
  • Undertake the execute of ad hoc projects that may arise.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in the field of Business Administration
  • Proven similar professional experience of 2-5 years within large organization
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational & time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

 

 

JUNIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Alpha Satellite Television SA is seeking to employ: Junior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Collaborate with senior analysts to improve financial processes and reporting systems
  • Help maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data in internal systems

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of financial software (e.g., SAP, Power BI) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Military services completed

Communication & Promotion Officer

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute multi-platform promotional strategies for new and existing TV shows
  • Work closely with programming, social media, and creative teams to align marketing messages
  • Coordinate on-air promotion, trailers, and paid content
  • Collaborate with external partners, talent, and PR teams to amplify buzz
  • Analyze performance metrics and viewer engagement to optimize campaigns
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor campaigns, and audience behavior

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree from Greek or International University in Marketing/Media or Communications. Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent command of English Language
  • Excellent writing skills in both Greek and English Language
  • 3-5 years of experience in promotion/entertainment marketing/media planning, or content promotion. Previous experience in TV content promotion will be a plus.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability for identifying what is appealing for viewers or other audiences
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills
  • Passion for television and a deep understanding of different audience segments
  • Experience with promo scheduling, campaign rollouts, or broadcast operations is a plus
